5. STORAGE, CARE AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS

Let the air out. Clean and check your TM400 and accessories after each use.
Leave the valve open while rolling the mat towards the valve. After rolling up, close the valve to prevent
moisture and dirt from entering.
Please store the product in a clean and dry place that is protected from major temperature fluctuations
and other harmful factors. Store it in a deflated state and rolled up. However, you can also keep it rolled
up and slightly inflated (so make sure that the product is not deformed). Protect it from insects and
rodents.
The TM400 gym mats are of the highest quality and very resistant, but avoid the following situations in
any case:
• The gym mat must not come into contact with sharp and hot objects.
• Do not leave your exercise mat in the sun for an unnecessarily long time.
PROBLEMS AND TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
TM400 loosing air
Repairs
The scope of delivery includes a repair kit / PVC patch for repairing small holes. Most leaks can be fixed
in a few minutes.
Air loss:
If your mat appears a little soft, there is not necessarily a leak.
The ambient temperature influences the internal pressure of the chamber: A deviation of 1 ° C results in
a pressure deviation in the chamber of +/- 4 mbar (0.06 PSI).
If the mat was inflated late in the evening, the air may cool down overnight. The cooler air creates less
pressure so it can be slightly softer the next morning.
