1. Place the TM400 completely on level ground and make sure that there are no pointed or hot objects
on the surface when rolling out.
2. Open the valve access by turning the valve cover counterclockwise.
3. Check if the valve is free from contamination.
4. Now connect the hose of the supplied electr. air pump and sealing ring on the valve (connection B)
and snap it into place by turning the pump connector clockwise. You do not have to open the valve
of the gym mat beforehand, because connecting the hose opens and closes again as soon as the
pump hose is removed. The valve can also be opened manually by turning it 90 degrees coun-
terclockwise (valve pin is in the lowered position). It is then closed by turning it 90 degrees clockwise.
