Activating and adjusting the special mode for small bathrooms
You can change the normal mode to special mode if you have a very small bathroom.
Only the close range can be adjusted in special mode; the sensor for the long-distance
range is deactivated.
> Press the "Long-distance range"" preselection button on your remote control.
The left status LED on the control panel lights up. You now have 4 seconds to change
the setting.
> Press the "Long-distance range" preselection button for five seconds.
The status LEDs on the actuator plate flash red three times. The special mode is active.
You can adjust the close range to the conditions in your bathroom in special mode
(see table 8)
> Press the "Close range" preselection button on your remote control.
The left status LED on the control panel lights up. You now have 4 seconds to change
the setting step by step.
> Press the "Plus" setting button if you want to increase the setting.
> Press the "Minus" setting button if you want to decrease the setting.
The right status LED flashes blue each time you press the button. The setting is
increased/decreased by the corresponding steps.
You must set the close range so that a person standing in front of the ceramic is
detected in special mode for small bathrooms (see 1.3 Presence detection). Make sure
that objects, doors or walls are not detected: the yellow status LED must go out when
you move away from the ceramic.
