de salida de la señal de retorno.
ATENCION: En caso de instalación en
intemperie, proporcionar absoluta estan-
queidad a las conexiones RF y puertas de
test con los medios apropiados (cinta
eléctrica autosoldable, por ejemplo).
Acceso al fusible de alimentación
Si el indicador D1 no luce (ver punto 3),
proceder como sigue:
a) Desconectar la alimentación y conexio-
nes RF y soltar el amplificador de su
fijación mural.
b) Soltar los 6 tornillos que sujetan la tapa
inferior.
c) Abrir la ventanilla V. Introducir un destor-
nillador
<5 mm por el orificio H y empu-

jar hasta separar la tapa inferior del am-
plificador.
d) Retirar la tapa inferior así como las lámi-
nas interiores de blindaje (L

). Comprobar el estado

del fusible, y si está abierto sustituirlo
con ayuda de unas pinzas (tipo fusible:
F2A/250V).
e) Volver a colocar las láminas y la tapa
inferior. Conectar la alimentación. Si D1
continúa apagado existe una avería en el
circuito de alimentación.

the engineering calculations.

5.- SETTING-UP THE REVERSE RF SIGNAL.
Connect the test input to a spectrum
analyzer and operate on the A
control to set the return signal output level.
IMPORTANT: If the amplifier is used
outdoors, make the RF connections and
test ports totally watertight by appropriate
means (e.g. self-bonding electrical tape).
Access to the power fuse
If D1 indicator does not light up (see point 3),
proceed as follows:
a) Disconnect the power and RF connec-
tions and get loose the amplifier from the
wall-fixing.
b) Unscrew the 6 screws which secure the
underside cover.

c) Open the V wicket. Introduce a
screwdriver across the H hole and push
down to separate the underside cover
from the amplifier box.
d) Remove the underside cover as well as

change it with some tweezers if it is
open. (Fuse type: F2A/250V type).
e) Put back the sheets and the cover. Con-
nect the supply voltage. If D1 does not
light up still, the supply circuitry is dama-
ged.

d'ingénierie, aux moyens, respectivement,
des potentiomètres de contrôle A
5.- REGLAGE DU SIGNAL RF DE VOIE DE
RETOUR. Brancher l'entrée test sur un
analyseur de spectre et régler le niveau de
sortie de voie de retour au moyen du
potentiomètre de contrôle A
REMARQUE: Si l'amplificateur est installé
en extérieur, étanchéifier totalement les
connectiques par des moyens adéquats
(ruban isolant autosoudable, par example).
Accès au fusible d'alimentation
Si la LED D1 ne s'illumine pas (voir point 3),
procéder comme suit:
a) Déconnecter l'alimentation et les câbles
de l'amplificateur et décrocher celui-ci du
mur.
b) Dévisser les 6 vis de fixation du couver-
cle arrière.

c) Soulever le couvercle V. Introduire un
tournevis

faire pression de façon à séparer le
couvercle arrière de l'amplificateur.
d) Ôter le couvercle arrière ainsi que les
protections de blindage (L

). Vérifier le fusible et le changer

avec une pince s'il est hors d'usage.

e) Replacer les protections et le couvercle.
Brancher l'alimentation. Si la LED D1 ne
s'illuminait, il existerait une panne dans la
circuiterie d'alimentation.
