Before installation, store the worktops in a
room with normal temperature and humid-
ity levels.
Do not place the worktops against warm
radiators, or lay them on cold floors.
Worktops that are installed above a dish-
washer, washing machine or oven should
be protected on the underside with FIXA
diffusion barrier.
Advice for use:
— Do not place hot objects directly on the
worktop.
— Always use a pot stand to protect the
worktop surface.
— Boiling water and splatters from cook-
ing food will not damage the worktop.
— For daily cleaning, wipe with a soft cloth
dampened in water and a mild washing-up
detergent or soap, if necessary.
— Do not use products that contain abra-
sives, ammonia or bleach. Dry with a dry,
clean cloth.
— The worktop can withstand most house-
hold chemicals, including methylated spirits.
— If you spill something on the worktop,
wipe clean immediately with a soft cloth
dampened in water and a mild washing-up
detergent or soap.
— Do not use a knife or other sharp ob-

jects directly on the worktop surface.
— This damages the worktop and makes
the knife edge blunt. Always use a chop-
ping board.
