Pour in chain oil

The blade bar and saw chain must
never be operated without oil.
Non-observance causes increased
wear to the blade and saw chain.
The device is equipped with an automatic
oil system. The oil flows to the blade bar
as soon as the motor starts working.
Regularly check the oil level using the
viewing window (28) and promptly refill
as necessary.
Use Grizzly bio-oil containing additives
to reduce friction and wear. You can
order this from our service centre.
If Grizzly bio-oil is not available, use
chain lubricating oil with a low propor-
tion of adhesion additives.
1. Unscrew the chain oil tank cover (11)
and pour the chain oil into the tank.
2. Wipe away any spilt oil and close the
oil tank cover again.
