• The use of the jack is only allowed using additional safety supports, such as e.g. safety stands.
• Before using the jack, make sure that no persons are sitting in the vehicle, that the emergency brake is tightened and that the motor is switched off.
• Always have a look in the vehicle manual in order to find out the correct position points on the vehicle.
• If no position points are indicated, position the jack at the center of the load. If the jack is positioned incorrectly, the load may tilt over.
This may cause damages to the load, respectively to the jack, and might lead to injuries of the operator.
• In order to avoid movements of the vehicle when working with the jack, please take all corresponding measures.
• Never use the jack for other purposes than the intended purposes.
• For additional safety measures the jack is equipped with an overload valve which is pre-adjusted at the factory. Never misadjust this valve.
• If these basic rules are not obeyed, the operator might be injured or the load, respectively the jack might get damaged.
• A jack is only a lifting device and must never be used to transport, respectively load a vehicle. It is forbidden to maneuver under load.
Only use the device for the described application. Any other application is expressively excluded ! ! ! We do not take any liability or guaranty for
any injuries and damages due to improper and not intended application, respectively due to infringements of the safety regulations.

5. Before commissioning

• Open the packaging and check if there are any transportation damages on the jack and if all parts listed on the dispatch note are included. Before

5.1 Working with the jack
• Generally observe the safety guidelines mentioned under item 4 when working with the jack. After having connected the jack to the air supply the lifting
cylinder must be positioned below the position point of the car/truck. (The maximum lifting capacity of the jack is attained at an operating pressure of 10
bars). By pressing the trigger (handle knob closed, see picture), the load is lifted to the required level (secure it using safety stands). By means of the
built-in overload protection (overload valve) it is guaranteed that the load to be lifted never exceeds the capacity of the jack.
6. Maintenance
All mobile parts must be lubricated in regular intervals. Always keep the jack clean and free from aggressive chemicals.
Do not store the jack outdoors.
If the jack is not used, retract the piston.
When changing respectively refilling oil at least 1 x per year, fill the cylinder with oil up to the oil inlet screw.
Please observe that the pistons must be retracted.
Important: Too much oil may put the jack out of operation.
Only use hydraulic oil, type HLP ISO 32.
Attention: Never use brake liquid.
Maintenance and repair works on the device must only performed by expert staff.
6.1 Air in the hydraulic system
There may be air accumulations in hydraulic systems, which impair the service of the jack. In order to remove them, please proceed as follows:
Fixing the adapter seat
Lowering the load
In order to lower the load, please turn the handle knob SLOWLY anticlockwise
as illustrated.
Adjusting the slope of the lever
Pull the lowering lever to the top as illustrated. Then adjust the lever to the
required position and release the lowering lever. You have the option to stop the
lever at 3 different positions.
