Mechanical installation of the RMC50
ALWAYS MOUNT THE RMC50 WITH THE CONNECTORS POINTING DOWN.

Fitting the RMC50
Remove the lid and loosen the connector (8) on the print plate. If an external control is being
used an extra hole has to be drilled for the third PG swivel (7C), supplied separately.
Mount the RMC50 in a position where it is easy to reach and operate. Position the control unit so
that the connectors point down to prevent water intrusion. Secure the unit with M4 bolts or
screws Ø4mm. When fitting, use the existing holes in the unit that are located under the lid's fix-
ing bolts.
Fitting the lid
After mounting and adjusting, always fit the lid to protect the electrical components inside the
unit.
Fit the lid in such a way that the controls always remain visible. Once the screws have been
hand tightened, the control unit will be water and dust resistant IP55.

THE CONNECTION OR INSTALLATION OF ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS MAY ONLY BE
MADE BY A QUALIFIED ELECTRO-TECHNICIEN.
THE DIFFERENT ELECTRONIC ELEMENTS MAY ONLY BE USED IN COMBINATION WITH
EACH OTHER IF THEY ALL REQUIRE CONNECTION TO THE SAME VOLTAGE.
REFER TO THE TYPE PLATE..
THE CONNECTION OF SEVERAL MOTORS IN PARALLEL TO A RMC50 IS
NOT PERMITTED.
THE RMC'S "OFF"-FUNKTION IS NOT A PROTECTION FOR THE POWER SUPPLY.
AN MULTI-POLE SEPERATION CAPABILITY FROM THE MAINS MUST BE PROVIDED
WITH AT LEAST 3MM CONTACT OPENING WIDTH PER POLE.(VDE 0700)
