The RMC50 does not respond to the controls
The push buttons do not react immediately
Press on the button a little longer
The mains supply is not turned on
Turn the power on
The fuse has blown.
Check the system and change the fuse I=4A
The motor does not run
There is a fault in the mains supply or it is not turned on
Check the connections and turn the power on
The thermal cut out has activated
Allow the motor to cool down
Incorrect mains voltage
Refer to the motor's type plate and compare the recommended mains
voltage. If these do not match consult Ridder
Electrical break
Consult your installer/supplier
The RMC or tube motor is defective. It can be established if this is the
fault by measuring the voltage on connection terminal "B"
Consult your installer/supplier
The motor only runs in one direction
The limit switch is operative
Adjust the limit switch so that the motor can run again
One phase is defective
Consult your installer/supplier
The limit switch does not stop the motor
The limit switch has not been adjusted far enough
