Once run-time has been activated, the motor remains fixed in its last direction run, until the
opposite direction is selected. The run-time protection system continues to control the motor, if
within the set run-time, the motor reaches the limit switch over which the run-time protection has
control, or when the power supply is disconnected from the control unit. (Turning off the power
supply will not solve this problem).

Adjusting and testing the system.

Prior to adjusting the tube motor.
Adjust the tube motor's limiting positions using its limit switch.
It is simpler to set the tube motor's limiting positions before connection to the RMC50. Connect
the test switch directly to the tube motor's cable. By using the test switch it is possible to remain
close and electronically control the tube motor while making adjustments. These set limiting
positions also apply to the RMC50.
Adjusting the RMC50.
The wiring from the lid to the print plate should have no strain on it. Attach the connector to the
print plate and fix the lid on one side of the unit. In this way, one can still control the RMC50,
while still having the possibility of checking, and if necessary, changing the connections.
Let the motor run to its end positions. While doing this determine the system's run-time.
Set the run-time protection.
It can happen that, when setting the tube motor, it switches several times in succession. This will
cause the motor to warm up and may result in a thermal cut out. In this case allow the motor to
cool of for several minutes before continuing with setting.
Testing the RMC50.
Let the tube motor run to its end positions, manually and also possibly automatically, and check
that they are correctly reached. Pay particular attention to the direction of the run.
