3.1. Unauthorised persons

The devices are not suitable for use by
people (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities
or with insufficient experience and/or
knowledge unless they are properly su-
pervised by a person responsible for their
safety or they have been instructed on
how to use the devices safely. Children
should be supervised to ensure they do
not play with the devices.
