Flip the drawer over.

Fasten a RIGHT DRAWER SLIDE (3) to a RIGHT DRAWER

SIDE (P) and a LEFT DRAWER SLIDE (4) to a LEFT DRAWER
SIDE (O). Use six 3/4" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (20).
Repeat steps 17, 18, 19, and 20 to assemble the other drawer.
