Connect the metal hose (5) at the connection (9) and tighten with wrench nº 14.
Connect the regulator (image 3 nº3) to the other side of the metal hose (4) (be sure that
the regulator has an O-ring inside (image 3 nº 6), if there is not one, put one in, and if it is
deteriorated, substitute it with another one) and later to the CO2 bottle.
Connect the safety cable (5) to the bottle shutoff valve (1). (See image 3).
Once this has been done, open the bottle shutoff valve (image 3 nº 1) by turning it to the
right.
Connect to the power supply network (3).
3.3.2. Use of the Ice model (See Section 4.1.)
Place the pelletizer (7) in the slots and tighten until the lock turns to the right.
Once closed, and a program has been chosen, the inductive sensor (4) will activate the
equipment and will begin operation.
Note: If the pelletizer (7) is not properly placed, the inductive sensor will not activate the
programming.
Choose the desired program in relation to the degree of pellet compaction that you want
to achieve.
Important note: Each time you first turn it on, use the (MAX.) program.
Once the cycle is over, turn the pelletizer (7) to the left and remove the pellet by tightening
the ejector (6) downwards.
Never touch the dry ice with your bare hands; always handle with gloves or forceps.
If you wish to interrupt the manufacturing process of dry ice once you have already star-
ted, press the same program key that was selected earlier.
