7. TROBLESHOOTING

7.1. Before requesting technical assistance

PROBLEM
The equipment does not turn on
Gas does not come out
Gas comes out, but does not cool
Gas comes out uncontrollably

8. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

This device is a product of excellent design and manufacturing, and should be treated
with care. The suggestions included in the following will help you to protect the coverage of
your warranty.
• The user should not make repairs or handle this apparatus.
• Do not use harmful chemical products, solvents or strong detergents to clean the
apparatus.
• Regularly check that there are no obstructions in the valve and that the connection to
the CO2 bottle is in perfect condition.

9. TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND WARRANTY

All LACOR equipment is entirely manufactured with stainless steel, guaranteeing its safety
and hygiene.
All equipment and components have a 1-year warranty provided by the manufacturer.
If something breaks down, the manufacturer agrees to repair or temporarily substitute the
equipment in the shortest amount of time possible.
If the equipment has been handled and/or opened, the manufacturer shall not be held
responsible, because the warranty would no longer be valid.
If something breaks down, contact your distributor.

SOLUTION
Verify the equipment has a proper electrical connection
Verify that the bottle shutoff valve is open
Even if the bottle has pressure, it is possible to use up
the liquid. Replace the bottle.
In exceptional cases, there have been irregularities in
the valves. Close the bottle shutoff valve and turn off
the system. Advise the technical assistance services.
