HARD DISK INSTALLATION AND CONNNECTION TO DVR

Attach a supplied core clamp to the
external storage unit cable.
: Core clamp (round)
Attach near each connector.
: Cord tie
Secure the core clamp with a cord tie so that it does
not slip.
: Core clamp (square)
Attach around bundle of external storage unit cables
at the mid point between the external storage unit and
the DVR.
Attach the core clamps (round) to the cables at the DVR
end in the same way and secure with cord ties.
Turning on the power

When you have finished making all the
connections on the DVR and external
storage unit, make sure the voltage is
120 - 240V AC and then insert the power
plug of the external storage unit into the
wall outlet.

Turn on the DVR.
As the external storage unit takes time to recognize the
hard disks, turn on the external storage unit before turning
on the DVR.
