Start-up
The unit is operated via the "Oase FM-Master" app on your smartphone or tablet. For this your smartphone/tablet has
to be connected to the FM-Master WLAN via WLAN.
The range of the WLAN connection between the FM-Master and your smartphone/tablet can span a distance of up to
80 m provided there are no obstructions and there is no source of interference.
• The network name (SSID)
specified on the adhesive label next to the unit type plate.
• The connection is encoded and protected by a password,
– Recommendation: Change the password when starting the unit
up for the first time to prevent access to the unit by unauthorised
persons.
Proceed as follows when starting up the unit for the first time:
• Install the app.
• Connect the FM-Master WLAN to the power supply.
• Establish the WLAN connection.

The LED indicates the operating status of the FM-Master WLAN.

Description
The FM-Master WLAN is switched off.
The FM-Master WLAN is ready for operation.
The FM-Master WLAN is starting up.
The WLAN connection between your smartphone/tablet and the FM-Master WLAN has been
established.
The FM-Master WLAN is in firmware update mode.
Malfunction
Remedy:
– Disconnect from the power supply. Wait for 10 seconds then reconnect.
– Reset the FM-Master WLAN to the factory default settings
1. Open Google Play or App Store.
2. Search for the "Oase FM-Master" app and install.
– Follow the instructions during installation.
3. Confirm the query "access to internal data of the unit".
– If access is permitted, individual product photos for identification of the sockets
can be created.
– The query appears during installation (Android) or when executing the app (iOS).
The app appears on the display after successful installation.
