3-1-4 – Scaffolding alignment method on a 1% tilt slope
• Check the level of the base using a spirit level in 3 steps (A, B and C), adjust if necessary,
using the castor wheel adjustment.
• Adjust the castor wheel by using the 10 possible adjustment positions provided on the
castor wheel flute.
• In the case of a 1% slope, the two downhill castor wheels must be set one position apart
from the other two castor wheels.
• Finally, check the verticality of the scaffolding: <1%.

• Position the platform on rung no. 2 of the ladder (platform height: 1.00m).
