Assembling the shredder
1.
Screw the two wheels (13) to
the chassis (9) with the mount-
ing material provided.
2.
Clip the wheel covers (14) into
the wheels (13).
3.
Screw the two adjustable feet
(12) to the chassis (9).
4.
Fasten the shredding attach-
ment (5) to the chassis (9) with
the four screws provided.
5.
Make sure that the safety switch
(10) is set to the "OFF" position.
6.
Slide the collection box (11)
along the guide rail into the
chassis (9). The collection box
can only be inserted in one di-
rection.
7.
To lock the collection box, push
the safety switch (10) up as
far as it will go so that only the
green "ON" field is visible.
Operation
Start-up
Before initial start-up, check that the
shredder is attached to the chassis cor-
rectly and that the collection box and the
safety switch ( ) are in the correct posi-
tion.
The device will not turn on if the
collection box and safety switch
are not in the correct position.
Switching on and off
Achten Sie darauf, dass die Netzs-
pannung mit den Angaben des
Typenschildes übereinstimmt.

Make a loop in the end
of the extension cable
and suspend this in the
cable strain relief (7) on
the mains cable (see
No. 6).
2. Re-connect the extension cable.
3. Make sure that the hopper (see
No. 3) is empty before switching on.
