Problem
The iron is not
working at all, the

Possible Reason
The appliance is not
plugged in.
The power board is
damaged.
No water in the tank.
Thermal is damaged.

When the iron is warming
up it lets a small amount
of water spray
Boiler doesn't work.

Plug in the power cable
to the mains socket.
