WARNINGS
- Ensure that the use resulting sparks not be- come
dangerous, for example, that they don't reach people
or ignite flammable substances.
- Ensure that the voltage indicated on the rating label
matches the mains voltage before plug- ging in the
appliance.
- Connect the appliance to a socket that can supply a
minimum of 10 amperes.
- Only use the appliance with the specific electric
connector provided.
- Do not wrap the power cord around the appli- ance.
- Do not touch the plug with wet hands.
- Disconnect the appliance from the mains when not
in use and before undertaking any cleaning task.
- This appliance is for household use only, not
professional, industrial use.
- This appliance is intended for adult use. Ensure that
this product is not used by the disabled, children or
people unused to its handling.
- This appliance is not a toy. Children should be
supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
 INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
BEFORE USE
- Make sure that all the product's packaging has been
removed.
- Ensure that the voltage indicated on the rating label
matches the mains voltage before plug- ging in the
appliance.
- Ensure that the selected tension on the voltage
selector coincides with the tension of the mains.
- Always be sure that the tool is switched off and
unplugged before carrying out any work on the tool.
FITTING THE ACCESSORIES
- Unplug the appliance from the mains.
- Loosen the set off screws using the Allen wrench
- Slide the saw blade up to the stop in the saw blade
holder
- Make sure that the back of the saw blade enga- ges
in the slot of the guide roller
- Tighten the set of screws firmly.
- Regularly check that the saw blade is fastened firmly.
If necessary, fasten de set of screws. Only carry out this
operation when the machine is unplugged.
SAFETY
USE
- Before connecting the power cord to the mains
power supply ensure the switch is in the off position.
- Connect the appliance to the mains.
- Turn the appliance on, by using the on/off switch (A)
- Always keep the base flat against the work- piece.
Failure to do so may cause a blade breakage resulting
in a serious injury.
- Allow the jig saw to reach it's maximum speed before
commencing work.
CUTTING ANGLE SETTING (FIG. 3)
- Loosen the set off screws (H) using the Allen
wrench (I)
- Tilt the shoe (D) to the required miter angle. (0-
45º left or right).
- Tighten the set of screws (H) firmly.
FRONT FLUSH CUTS (FIG 4)
- Loosen the set off screws (H) using the Allen
wrench (I)
- Slide the shoe (D) all the way back.
- Tighten the set of screws (H) firmly.
