Fill, bleed and check the watertightness of the primary circuit in
accordance with the boiler's assembly instructions:
Unsrew the automatic air vent plug.
Turn the anti-thermosiphon valve to open (O).
Unstick the load pump in necessary:
To do this, unscrew the guard plug at the front of the pump.
Insert a screwdriver into the slot in the pump spindle and turn the
spindle several times to the right and left.
Carry out the bleed:
- If the boiler is fitted with the automatic bleed algorithm: Turn the
boiler on. A 1-minute bleed cycle is carried out automatically.
Repeat this operation 3 or 4 times depending on the capacity of
the DHW tank by turning the boiler on and off.
- If the boiler is not fitted with the automatic bleed algorithm: Carry
out successive cycles manually, leaving the DHW tank pump on
(2 seconds) and off (3 seconds), until the primary circuit has been
fully bled.
Top up the primary circuit with water.
Turn the anti-thermosiphon valve to
automatic (A).
Screw the automatic bleed plug back in.
During the heating process, a certain
amount of water may flow through the
valve or safety unit; this is caused by
water expansion. This phenomenon is
completely normal and must in no
event be hindered.
Bleed the installation again after it has
been in operation for some time.

Vullen, ontluchten en de waterdichtheid van de primaire kring
controleren
volgens
verwarmingsketel:
Schroef de dop van de automatische ontluchter los.
Zet de antithermosifonklep open (O).
Maak de laadpomp indien nodig weer vrij:
Schroef hiertoe de beschermdop aan de voorzijde van de pomp
los. Steek een schroevendraaier in de gleuf van de as van de
pomp en draai de as meerdere malen van rechts naar links.
Voer de ontluchting uit:
- Indien
de
ketel
ontluchtingsprogramma: Zet de ketel onder spanning. Er wordt
automatisch een ontluchtingscyclus van één minuut uitgevoerd.
Herhaal deze handeling 3 tot 4 maal, afhankelijk van het volume
van de warmwaterboiler, door de aan-/uitknop van de ketel in te
schakelen.
- Indien de ketel niet is voorzien van een automatisch
automatische stand (A).

Vul het water in de primaire kring bij.
Zet de antithermosifonklep in de

hoeveelheid water wegstromen ten
gevolge van de uitzetting van het
water in het reservoir. U hoeft zich
over dit heel normaal verschijnsel, dat
in geen geval verhinderd mag worden,
geen zorgen te maken.
Ontlucht de installatie opnieuw nadat
deze enige tijd gewerkt heeft.
