Pass the child's arm through each of the shoulder straps whilst bringing together the
connectors on the shoulder straps, align them together and insert into the buckle until
you hear a click (10) (11) (12).
Check that the lap section and shoulder section are not twisted and the connectors can
fit together correctly before inserting the connectors into the buckle.
Make sure the lower lap straps are as low as possible to retain the pelvis.
This car seat is approved as Group 0 for children from birth to 10 kg (birth to 9 months approx.)
- in a rearward facing position.
The seat is also approved as Group 1 for children weighing 9 kg to 18 kg (9 months - 4 years approx.)
- in a forward facing position.
Do not use forward facing until your child's weight is at least 9 kg.
For rearward facing the child seat must be in the fully reclined position (18).
Refer to section 'Seat Reclining for details of how to recline the seat.
Place the child's car seat on a passenger seat of a car making sure the child seat is facing
rearwards.
