OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Note: The control panel is a touch screen. It will appear black. Touch the control panel once to
"wakeup" the controls. This will cause the controls to light up. Which ever icon you touch will
display it's last setting when you do this. At this time you can press the corresponding icon to
the function you would like to adjust. After 5 seconds the touch screen will fade to black.
POWER ICON
• Press the POWER ICON to turn the main power to the unit ON or OFF
• When the unit is plugged in without any functions running the power icon will glow red
• When the unit is powered ON the POWER ICON will glow orange.
• When the power is ON and no other functions have been selected the control icon lights will
fade after 8 seconds. To "wakeup" the icons so they glow, touch any of the icons once.
TEMPERATURE ICON
• Press the TEMPERATURE ICON to adjust the heater's thermostat , this will set the target
room temperature. It will return to display the current room temperature after 8 seconds.
• If the unit is powered OFF, you can press the TEMPERATURE ICON to power ON the unit.
The emberbed will glow at the lowest brightness setting unless a different setting was saved
in the memory.
• Press the TEMPERATURE ICON again to scroll up through the temperature settings which are:
Fahrenheit: 65, 70, 75, 80, HI, OF
Celsius: 18, 21, 24, 27, HI, OF
• Set the temperature to "HI" to have the heater run continually.
• Once you set the temperature it will show on the LED readout for 8 seconds then the LED
readout will switch to display the ambient room temperature.
• Hold down the TEMPERTURE ICON for 5 seconds to switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius.
A small "F" or "C" will display next the temperature.
• Press and hold the TEMPERATURE ICON for 10 seconds to disengage the heater function.
Press and the hold the temperature icon for 10 seconds again to engage the heater function
• When you scroll to set the temperature to OF, the oscillation function when also power off.
The fan will run for 20 seconds to cool the heating elements then turn off.
