Assembly
 Mount seal. Mount also
the narrow double seal
for steel bathtubs
(max. 3 mm).
d Mount the red protec-
tive foil onto the flange
cover.
g Double seal in mounted
condition.
j 560 mm, 725mm:
Mount overflow pipe.
If necessary, shorten.
The overflow pipe must
be inserted at least 1.5
cm into the odour trap.
m 1070 mm:
Push the top end of the overflow pipe into the rubber
sleeve. Push the union nut, seal ring and wedge seal
onto the bottom end of the drain elbow and screw
tight.
The pipes must be inserted at least 1.5 cm into the
sleeve and the drain.
 Join flange cover and
flange and insert them
in the overflow unit.
Use the narrow seal for
plastic bathtubs.
e Push the rubber sleeve
onto the overflow pipe
until the lower edge is
flush with the edge of
the overflow pipe.
h Insert valve top and
fixing screw and use
Viega mounting aid for
tightening. The cross-
shaped structure of the
odour trap and the valve
top must be positioned
on top of each other.
k 1070 mm:
Mount overflow pipes.
If necessary, shorten.
The overflow pipes must
be inserted at least 1.5
cm into the odour trap.

 Screw in the fastening
screws and tighten per
hand.
f Place the double seal
onto the drain in such
a way that the gap is
positioned over the
connecting pipe. Pull
the edge of the double
seal over the edge of the
drain.
i Mount the site
protection insert.
l 560 mm, 725 mm:
Push the top end of the
overflow pipe into the
rubber sleeve.
Push the union nut, seal
ring and wedge seal
onto the bottom end
of the drain elbow and
screw tight.
The pipe must be
inserted at least 1.5 cm
into the sleeve and the
drain.
n Cut the drain elbow if
the wastewater pipe
should only have a
diameter of 40 mm.
