POSSIBLE CAUSE

ERROR DETECTION - SOLUTION
If the chain is loose, it may drop while riding. The
chain protector has to be removed to replace it.
Display shows error E7: The motor is detecting
movement from the rear sprocket. The rear
sprocket is blocked or broken.
Roads with an incline greater than 12º will overheat
the system.
Display shows error E6: Battery must be charged.
If the battery does not charge, it should be
replaced.
Check that the brake is not causing resistance on
the rear wheel.
Max. rider weight is 40 kg (90 lbs).
Fully charge the battery.
Check that the battery is fully inserted into the
battery bracket.
Contact your Mondraker dealer.
The brake should be adjusted properly.
Replace the brake pads.
Chain vertical play should be around 5 mm.
Apply chain lubricant.
Contact your Mondraker dealer.
Check the battery is fully inserted into the battery
charger.
Check that the charging cable is connected to the
wall plug and that the plug has an electricity supply.
Check that wall plug has an electricity supply. If it
does, replace the charger.
Replace the battery.
It is normal for the battery to heat up.
It is normal for the motor to heat up.
It is normal the disc brake to hear up. DO NOT
TOUCH.
