ScanMate PC Software

The ScanMate software application lets you update the scan tool's software
through the ScanMate application, print data and upload playback files to a
personal computer (PC) from a connected scan tool.
A special feature of the ScanMate application is the variety of methods for
viewing playback data. You can view data as gauges, block graphs, or bar
graphs; you can add cursors and markers; and you can export files as text files
or bitmaps (and even send them by email to Vehicle Diagnostic Help Services).

Scan Tool / PC Connection

To use the ScanMate application for printing data directly from the scan tool or
for uploading playback event files from the scan tool, connect the scan tool and
the PC with the USB cable, as shown below.
