- Check anchor resistance
- Check that all nuts, screws and equipment mounting systems are properly tightened, tighten them if necessary
to prevent the risk of falling.
- Check the condition of the structure, main parts, apparatus and wear parts, all bolts or sharp edges covers,
ropes; change these at the slightest appearance of degradation as per anufacturer's instructions. And take care
of any damaged edges, splinters on wooden parts must be cleaned with sand paper if necessary.
- As soon as traces of rust appear, treat them with an "appropriate" product.
- Worn accessories must be replaced by accessories of the same design and type as the original ones. We
advise you, for a better lifespan of the accessories, to put them in the shelter for the winter. Recommended
average time to change the accessories: 24 months.
- If the product is dismantled, visibly protect the sealing tabs that protrude from the concrete to avoid any risk of
falling or injury. Failure to carry out all these checks and repairs, the game may overturn or constitute a danger.
Precautions for use
If you live in a mountainous area (at an altitude of more than 1000 meters), it is essential to withdraw very regularly
accumulated snow on the toboggan.
If any of the conditions described above or any other element that could cause injury is detected, the product
must be dismantled or prohibited from use until the damage (s) is (are) repaired.

4) INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

The supervisor must :
• Ensure that all product users are sufficiently aware of the safety instructions (refer to : SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
CHAPTER) and guarantee correct installation conditions (refer to : INSTALLATION CONDITIONS CHAPTER)
• Before use, check that the product has been assembled correctly and ensure that it is checked before each
use (refer to : SERVICING / MAINTENANCE CHAPTER).
We cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect or special damage as a result of use of the product. This also
applies also to financial losses due to theft, loss of goods, loss of revenue/services and profits, loss of satisfaction
with the product, installation costs, scrapping, damage caused by the weather and the environment or any other
type of damage.

5) WARRANTY

Article 6: Guarantees - Warranty
6.1 Statutory guarantee of conformity and statutory guarantee covering hidden defects
a. In accordance with applicable law and regulations, Kangui guarantees the conformity of products ordered
by the Customer, by which products must conform to their intended use and the description provided on the
website, and guarantees the Customer against hidden defects in products ordered, where such hidden defects,
present on the purchase date, render the products unfit for their intended purpose.
b. In accordance with Article L. 217-12 of the French Consumer Code, the statutory guarantee of conformity, which
is limited to the normal use of products, is available to the Customer for a period of two (2) years from delivery
of the product, on the basis that non-conformities shall be presumed to have existed during the twenty-four (24)
months since delivery of the item and it is for the seller to prove otherwise in such cases.
c. In accordance with Article 1641 et seq of the French Civil Code, the statutory guarantee for hidden defects,
which is limited to (i) a hidden fault, i.e. one which was not visible at the time of purchase, (ii) present at the time
of purchase and (iii) rendering the product unfit for its intended purpose or greatly limits its use, is available to
the Customer for a period of two (2) years from when the hidden defect was discovered. The customer then has
the choice between:
• keeping the item and requesting a price reduction, or
• returning the product and request a refund of the purchase price as well as charges related to the sale.
Details of the application procedure:
- the Customer has a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery in which to take action;
- the Customer may opt for repair or replacement of the item, subject to the cost conditions stipulated in
