• When the product is assembled and placed in the appropriate spot, check if it stands straight. To verify this,
you can use a spirit level by placing it in different directions on the platform. If the product does not stand
straight, use a spade and dig out earth under the highest leg of the product. Repeat this step if necessary,
until the product stands straight.
• At least 2 m free space is required above the product. At least 2 m free space is required between the
product and any nearby structure, or any obstruction as barrier, garage, house, branches overhanging,
clotheslines or electrical wiring.
• This product is intended not to be installed near electric wires, tree branches or other potential hazards.
• Kangui strongly recommends securing the playground to the ground with an anchor kit. The ground anchors
must be placed in order to avoid any risk of tripping.
• Any addition of an accessory, or any modification made to the product, must comply with the instructions
of the manufacturer.
• For hexagonal head screws, it is advised to first make a hole (drill diameter 5mm) to screw properly without
damaging anything. Our products are designed with anti-loosening nuts. It is therefore normal that the
screw connection is firm. Tighten until there is no space between the parts to be assembled, then make a
half turn again, or follow the precise directions in the exploded views.
• To prevent the slide surface from overheating, position the product so that the slide surface is not facing
south.
• The structure must not be installed on concrete, asphalt or any hard surface, favoring soft ground.
• After assembly, clean every wood component from splinters that could appear during assembly, using sand
paper.
3) SERVICING / MAINTENANCE
This product has been designed and manufactured with high quality materials and professional labour.
Kangui guarantees the availability for sale of spare parts conforming or adaptable to the product for 2 years, the
date of the invoice being proof.
Be sure to follow the instructions for use in this manual.
• Please keep the assembly instructions, which will be useful for the maintenance of your product. For
products in which certain components are made of wood, we would like to point out that wood is a natural
product which reacts to variations in temperature and humidity. Cracks and crevices may appear. This is
completely normal and does not affect the strength and durability of the product in any way.
• Always inspect this product before first use, at the beginning of each season, and at regular intervals during
the season for any worn, damaged, or missing parts. Failure to perform these checks could result in this
product becoming dangerous.
Pay particular attention to the following points.
- Regularly check that the underside of the swing seat is always between 35 and 50 cm from the ground. If this
is not the case, it is essential to carry out this adjustment (see Fig. Below).
