WARRANTY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

requirements and information provided by the Supplier; - if defects are ascribable or either wayattributable to
installation performed by a non-professional or unauthorised installer; -if work has been performed on the product
by unauthorised personnel; - problems or damage deriving from unforeseeable, accidental or exceptional events
(unusual rain; storm-force winds; tornadoes, etc.); - damages or changes in the colour of the fabric or other
components due to prolonged exposure to the elements (sun, rain, wind etc.).
