ASSEMBLY
1. Place the cot upright

3. Pull the long sides up until the the bars engage
4. Pull the short sides up until the the bars engage
5. Push down the middle
6. Attach the changing pad
7. Pull the strap in the middle
8. Buckle the long sides
9. Buckle the short sides
10. Fold up
11. Place all the parts together
12. Wrap the mat around the cot
