2. ENGINE
Clean the engine and the hydrostatic transmission.
Do a check of the muffler and the heat deflector.
Replace the engine oil. Refer to
24 .
Replace the engine oil filter.
Replace the spark plug.
Do a check of the battery and charge if it is necessary.
3. TRANSMISSION, CONTROLS AND DRIVE SYSTEM
Do a check of the cooling fan on the hydrostatic transmission.
Do a check of the oil in the transmission and fill if it is necessary. Refer to
a check of the transmission oil level on page 25 .
Examine and adjust the parking brake.
Replace the oil in the transmission. Refer to
4. CUTTING EQUIPMENT
Clean the outer and inner surfaces of the cutting deck and the cutting deck cov-
ers.
Do a check of and adjust the cutting height.
Do a check of and adjust the parallelism of the cutting deck.
Do a check of the blades in the cutting deck. Sharpen and balance the blades if
it is necessary.
