GENERAL ASSEMBLY INFORMATION

Assembly should be carried out by two people if possible. Read the manual carefully and look at the explanatory

drawing on the previous page before you start assembling.

Remove all packing material and spread out all parts on a flat surface to get an overview and to facilitate assembly.
Protect the floor of the installation area with any covering.

Check that all parts listed in the parts list are included. Do not dispose of the packaging material until assembly

is complete.

Note: There is a risk of injury when using tools. Be careful and keep the working environment as risk-free as
possible. Dispose of foils or plastic bags that pose a choking hazard to children.

ASSEMBLY STEPS

NOTE: The instructions may contain fasteners that are pre-assembled on some parts. It may be

necessary to remove the fasteners to carry out the assembly, always use the original fasteners.

STEP 1

1.
Attach the rear stabiliser (03) to the seat support tube (04) and secure it with 2 bolts (27), 2 washers
(34) and 2 nuts (39).

Attach the standpipe (02) to the base frame (01) and secure it with 2 bolts (30), 4 washers (35) and 2
2
nuts (39).
3.
Attach the seat support tube (04) to the main support tube (02) and secure it with 2 bolts (30), 4
washers (35) and 2 nuts (39).

4.
Secure the main support tube (05) to the seat support tube (04) with 2 bolts (30), 4 washers (35) and
4
2 nuts (39).

5.
Attach part (#4) to part (#1) using (1) M12 nylon lock nut (#69). Tighten the nut until it is flush with the
bolt shaft.
