STEP 5
7.
Insert the Ø50(#50) plug and the Ø30(#66) buffer into part(#11). Using a hammer, pass the shaft (#21) through part
(#11) and through part (#3) until it is flush with both ends. Secure the shaft (#21) to part (#11) with (2) M8*20 hexagon
bolts (#80).
8.
Attach part (#12) to part (#11) with (1)M12*115 hex bolt(#70), (1)M12 nylon lock nut(#69) and (2)Ø12 washers(#74).
NOTE: Tighten the nut and then loosen it enough to allow the part (#12) to rotate freely.
9.
Put the end cap with the hole (#58) into the part (#12). Place the comfort grip Ø28 (#45) on the part (#12).
Slide the foam Ø90*245 (#48) onto the part (#12). Tip: It is easier with water or soap.
10. Put the comfort grip Ø28 (#45) on part (#10) and fix part (#10) to part (#12) with (1) M10*25 hexagon (#83),
(1) M10*30 hexagon bolt (#52) and (2) Ø10 arc washers (#77).
11. Assemble the other pec arm (#13) in the same way.
12. Put the hexagon nut cap (#44) on the part (#70,#69).

STEP 6
After assembling the machine, check that the cable is taut (there should be a 3-5 mm gap between the top plate and
the weight stack if the tension is correct).
If the cable is a little slack, tighten it by tightening the screw on the top of the weight stack or screw the M12 nut
clockwise as shown in the illustration.
If the cable is too loose, adjust the pulley to the lower position on the pulley plate (#27) or adjust the chain length (#64)
using the snap link (#63).
