HOW TO ASSEMBLE THE KNAPSACK
After removing the backpack from the pack-
aging, assemble the various components as
follows.
1. Raise the sun canopy to a vertical position,
in order not to hinder the subsequent op-
erations.
2. Raise the bumper bar to the horizontal po-
sition, until a click is heard, indicating that
the frame is locked into position.
3. To ensure that the bumper bar is locked
correctly into position, check, on both sides,
that the black part of the bumper bar is
perfectly in contact with frame's joint (see
picture). Push gently the bumper bar in a
downward direction to ensure it is locked
correctly.
4. Fit the fabric inside the joints with the Vel-
cro straps.
5. To open the rear leg of the backpack, press
the button, and pull down the locking de-
vice.
6. Pull the leg towards the rear of the back-
pack. The leg will lock automatically into
position.
WARNING: The use of the legs is for short
breaks only, not as a seat.
7. It is recommended to close the legs, when
the backpack is used on the shoulders. Press
the button and pull down the locking de-
vice.
8. Push the leg, until is completely closed. The
leg will lock automatically.
You can now complete the assembly of the
knapsack.
9. Fix the backrest to the joints of the knap-
sack, inserting the support tubes, as shown
in the diagram.
10. Ensure the tubes are fitted correctly,
checking that the locking springs are vis-

ible in the external holes, and pulling the
backrest in an upward direction.
11. Fix the supports of the sun canopy's sec-
ond small arch, as shown in the diagram.
WARNING: The sun canopy cannot be re-
moved, but it can be turned backwards com-
pletely. Before turning the sun canopy back-
wards, remove the supports of the second arch
to free the canopy.
12. Hook the bag/belt bag included at the rear
of the knapsack, with the specific spring
catches.
SUN CANOPY
13. To open the sun canopy, pull the small
front arch forward.
14. The sun canopy is supplied with a rain
cover. Fix the rain cover to the sun canopy
through the zip. The rain cover has side
ventilation holes.
WARNING: If it gets wet, let the rain cover dry
in the air, before storing in the bag.
HOW TO ADJUST THE SEAT
15. The seat of the knapsack can be adjusted
to two positions through the buckles, lo-
cated at the rear and at the front.
16. To unfasten the buckles, turn them to 90°
and remove the upper part.
WARNING: "All" the buckles must be adjusted
to the same position to maintain the seat in
the horizontal position.
INSERT/PILLOW
17. The knapsack has an insert/pillow to offer
maximum comfort to the child.
WARNING: never use the rucksack without
insert/pillow.

SAFETY HARNESS

The backpack has a 5 point safety harness
which should be adjusted to fit the child se-
curely (shoulder straps, lap belt and crotch
strap).
18. Place the child into the backpack, and se-
cure it with the safety harness.
The height of the safety harness can be ad-
justed to two positions.
WARNING: For your child's safety, always use
the safety harness.
