Fix the lower handle bar(17/31)to the support tube(26) with the bolts(13), washers(14), and D
washers(15). Fix the pedal tubes(41 L/R) with the pedal crank by pedal hinge bolts(45/52),
spring washers(49) and nylon nuts(48/53).
