GARANTIEZEITRAUM Kohler Co. garantiert dem Endkunden, dass jeder Dieselmotor bei normalem Betrieb für den gültigen Deckungszeitraum oder die angegebenen Betriebsstunden (je nach dem was zuerst eintritt) frei von Material- oder Verarbeitungsfehlern sein wird, vorausgesetzt der Motor wird gemäß den Anweisungen und Bedienungsanleitungen von Kohler Co. betrieben und gewartet.

Ihnen die vollumfängliche Garantie verweigern kann, wenn der Offroad- und Schif- fsmotor oder ein Teil aufgrund von missbräuchlicher Verwendung, Nachlässigkeit, mangelnder Wartung oder nicht genehmigten Änderungen ausfällt oder Anzeichen einer Fehlfunktion aufweist.

Den offroad- und schiffsmotor einschliesslich diagnose, ersatzteilen und arbeitsaufwand ohne kosten für sie. Dem besitzer werden keine kosten für die diagnose, die zur feststellung eines schadens an einem unter garantie stehenden teil führen, in rechnung gestellt, wenn die diagnosearbeiten von einem offiziellen garantiezentrum durchgeführt werden.

PERIODO DE GARANTÍA Kohler Co. garantiza al Usuario final que cada motor diésel estará exento de defectos en materiales o mano de obra en servicio normal durante el periodo de cobertura aplicable o horas de trabajo (lo que suceda primero) que se estipula a continuación, siempre y cuando el motor funcione y reciba mantenimiento de conformidad con las instrucciones y manuales de Kohler Co.
  • Página 147 Kohler; o (iii) daños adicionales causados por la falta de ejecución de acciones prescritas como resultado de la activación de una luz de alarma, que se derive de un fallo o negligencia o del uso sin supervisión del motor; (iv) un acto fuera del control de Kohler Co., incluyendo aunque sin limitación robo, vandalismo, incendio, rayo, terremoto, huracán, erupción volcánica, inundación o tornado.
  • Página 148 Con todo, cabe remarcar al propietario del motor todoterreno y marino que Kohler Co. puede anular la cobertura de la garantía si el motor todoterreno y marino o una pieza de repuesto muestran signos de funcionamiento defectuoso o avería como resultado de abuso, negligencia, mantenimiento inadecuado o modificación no aprobada.

Debe garantizar el sistema de control de emisiones en el motor durante el periodo de tiempo que se especifica a continuación, siempre que no haya existido ningún abuso, negligencia o mantenimiento inadecuado del motor.

  • Página 151 Kohler; ou (iii) danos adicionais causados pela falta de ações prescritas como resultado da ativação de luz de alarme, causada por falha ou negligência ou uso não atendido do motor; (iv) um ato além do controle da Kohler Co., que inclui mas não está limitado a roubo, vandalismo, incêndio, relâmpago, terremoto, vendaval, granizo, erupção vulcânica, enchente ou tornado.

  • Página 153 EPA. O período da garantia iniciará na data em que o motor ou equipamento é entregue ao comprador final. Kohler Co.
