6 Commissioning
6.5.1 Replacing the rubber seal of the cover on the injection unit
 Operating instructions for the TSi injection unit
NOTICE
• The rubber seal to be used depends on the outer diameter of the gas nozzle. A deviation of 3 mm in the outer
diameter of the gas nozzle is permitted.

1 Loosen the cover (1).
2 Attach the rubber seal (2) with the cover (1).
The rubber seal (2) is pressed lightly into the cover (1).
The special design of these two components prevents the rubber seal from falling off accidentally.
6.5.2 Injection unit tactile valve
When the torch on the robot arm is moved into in the injection unit (1), it makes contact with the tactile valve (2) to release
the anti-spatter fluid.
