8. Close the remaining inlets by sliding the slider against the tubing or
wires to prevent escape from feeding insects and
smaller animals. (fig. C)
9. Remove any slack in the tubing inside the terrarium. Make sure
there are no kinks in the tubing which would impede water flow to
the nozzles. Verify that the suction cups are properly attached.
10. Place the Monsoon SOLO unit on a solid, level surface.

11. Connect the tubing to the top of the unit by pressing the tubing
firmly into the connector on top of the control unit. (fig.D)
12. Make sure that the filter is properly connected to the spigot on the
underside of the control unit and placed inside the reservoir.
13. Ensure that the top of the Monsoon SOLO unit fits tightly on top of
the reservoir.
14. Open the small lid on top of the unit, and fill the reservoir with
de-mineralized/distilled water up to a maximum of 2,5 cm (1") from
the top rim of the transparent reservoir. (Using regular tap water
will cause clogging of the nozzles by mineral deposits!) (fig. D)
