POSSIBLE CAUSE
Snow blower is unplugged.
The lock-out button was not depressed.
The drive belt is worn or broken.
The impeller/scraper mechanism is
worn.

SOLUTION
Connect snow blower to power supply.
Depress the lock-out button, then fully
depress the switch trigger.
Have the drive belt replaced by an au-
thorized service center.
