2. PROGRAMMING THE COFFEE DOSES
Each coffee dose can be programmed thanks to the volumetric control. In order to program the different
doses, follow this procedure:
Always start programming the groups by the first one (the one on the left)
1. Put the desired coffee powder on the filter and place the filter-holder back on the machine's group.
2. Press the programming key K5GRx and keep it pressed for more
than 3 seconds. All the LEDs of the coffee keys stay on and the
LED K5GRx blinks.
3. Press for more than 5 seconds (TIME-OUT programming) one of
the 4 coffee keys that you need to program (e.i., K1GRx). The LED of
the key K5GRx stays on simultaneously with the one of the Key
under programming (in this case, key L1GRx). All the other LEDs
switch off.
4. When the desired coffee quantity is reached, press the coffee key
on the keyboard related to the group that is being programmed in order to stop the flow of coffee.
The LED of the key that was programmed switches off. The LED of the key L5GRx blinks, while the
LEDs of the remaining un-programmed keys stay on.
Repeat points 1, 3 and 4 to program other coffee doses (only if the programming TIME-OUT - 5 sec. –
was not over)
If TIME-OUT occurs (the key L5GRx LED stays on), the machine is no longer on the programming
mode and all the LEDs stay on. In this case, all the above procedure needs to be repeated in order to
program another group.
IMPORTANT: the programming performed on the 1st group – the one on the left – is ALWAYS
automatically transferred to the other groups. Nevertheless, it is possible to program each group
independently, following the procedure already described above – steps 1 to 4.
