WORKING INSTRUCTIONS

Turn the switch button to the position 1. The green pilot lights up while the boiler fills up
automatically. When the water reaches the set level, the pilot light will go off.
Turn the switch button to position 2.
The machine begins to heat up and when it reaches the working temperature, the red pilot
switches off.
Turn on the steam tap for a few seconds and then turn it off.
Check the machine manometer to see if the boiler pressure is at +/- 1 bar.
The pressure in the boiler can be adjusted by regulating the machine pressure gauge.
Now you can begin to make coffee.
The machine has filters for one or two coffees and all you need to do is select the required filter,
put it in the group with the correct dose of coffee (5,5 to 6,5gr. per coffee) switch the group on
and then switch it off when you have the required amount of coffee. While the machine is
working, check the manometer to see if the pump's pressure pump corresponds to +/- 9 bar.
This pressure can be adjusted by regulating on the adjustment screw located on the pump head.
In order for it to work properly, you should check the coffee grind.
If the outlet time is longer then 20/25 seconds, you should adjust the grinder for a thicker grind
and vice-versa if the length of time is shorter.
You should put the coffee in the filter and press it uniformly.
VOLUMETRIC CONTROL MODELS (C.V.)
The C.V. models are different from the other ones because it is possible to pre-program coffee
doses, seeing as the machine switches off automatically when it reaches the programmed dose.

HOT WATER AND STEAM
The machine has water and steam taps to make tea, warm milk or punch and make cappuccinos.
Before using the steam tap, open it for 1 or 2 seconds so that any residues from a previous use
can be washed away. It is also important to clean the rod with a wet cloth after having used it.
