• Always install the access control system with an emergency opening facility,
since the access control system can otherwise not be opened from the outside in
the event of a problem! This could cause escape routes to be blocked and rescue
measures might be hindered.
• Do not use the access control system in close proximity to electromagnetically
sensitive devices, since the electromagnetic radiation of the product could
interfere with these devices and could adversely affect the functionality thereof.
• Side A is the danger side (attack side) and may be subjected to attacks.
• Side A is the electronic knob side, and is always equipped with drilling protection.
• If a VdS requirement is needed at the door, the cylinder must be protected with
a burglar-resistant backplate of at least class B. These backplates comply with
DIN 18 257 class ES 2.
• Cylinder types DT 510 B, DT 510 D, DT 510 H, DT 510 D-P and DT 510 B-P
are also available in a version with drilling protection and pull protection in
accordance with VdS 2156 BZ.
• The following applies to dimension A: The cylinder housing may not protrude from
the fitting (backplate/rosette) by more than 3 mm, see figure on page 32.
Choose cylinder lengths accordingly!
• Always keep an authorised user key in a safe place so that it is only accessible
to the authorised person.
• Clear the authorisation of lost user keys immediately, see chapter 7.2.
This procedure is necessary if the authorisation is not cleared automatically
by the Integra software.
