CAUTION:

Set Current Time (in standby mode)
1. Press and hold the CLOCK button (11 on RC) for ap-
prox. 3 sec. The hours start flashing.
2. Press the / buttons to set the hours. Press the
CLOCK button to confirm.
3. Press the / buttons to set the minutes.
4. Press the CLOCK button again to save the current time
setting.
iPod/iPhone Compatibility
Due to the large variety of iPod and iPhone models and
generations on the market, full compatibility cannot be
guaranteed. Before connecting your iPod/iPhone, ensure
that it has a compatible interface.
Full compatibility of the remote functions also cannot be
guaranteed. Operate your iPod/iPhone as normal, while it
sits in the docking station.
NOTE:
Depending on the software version of your iPhone the
following error message may be displayed:
"This accessory was not developed for iPhone use. It
is possible that noise occurs and signal strength is
reduced."
In this case press "OK".

General Operation
NOTE:
Some buttons you can find as well on the device as on
the remote control.
Identical buttons effect the same function.
Switch device on/off (1/21)
By pressing the
button, you can put the device into
standby mode. Pressing the button again will switch the
device on.
Display brightness (in standby mode)
You can select or switch off the display brightness with
the SNOOZE button (2).
Volume
By pressing the VOL+/VOL- (+/-) buttons (5/5/18) you can
adjust the desired volume.
Infrared Remote Control
For wireless control within a distance of 5m. If the
distance decreases you should change the batteries. For
proper operation mind a clear view between the remote
control and the sensor on the device.
EQ (4 on RC)
(Preset equalizer function). There are different sound
modes available. Repeatedly press the EQ button to select
the desired setting.
NOTE:
• Select the best setting by ear.
• For optimum sound, change the EQ setting on your
iPod/iPhone as required.
MBASS (9 on RC)
Used to amplify the bass. Press the MBASS button to
activate the function. Press the EQ button (4 on RC) to
deactivate the function again.
Radio Tuning
• Press the
button (1/21) to switch the device on.
• Repeatedly press FUNCTION button (4/14) until the
display shows "TUNER".
• Tune the program by pressing the / buttons
(8/7/17).
• The stereo icon ("ST" on the display) only illuminates if
the selected station is received in stereo quality. If the
reception is too weak and there is interference on the
channel, try to improve the reception by changing the
position of the aerial and /or coil/uncoil it.
NOTE:
Press the ST/MO button to toggle to mono if the
reception is noisy.
Save Radio Station
1. Press and hold the STOP/MEM button (7/2) to save
the radio station to the presets. A preset flashes on the
display (e.g. P01).
2. Press the / buttons (8/7/17) to select a station pre-
set between P01 and P20.
3. Briefly press the STOP/MEM button to save the radio
station.
Recall Saved Radio Stations
Repeatedly press the STOP/MEM button to recall the
saved station presets.
