INSTALLATION AND CONFIGURATION
The description below contains an explanation about the device configuration, the end of line resistor and the screen
display mode.
For more details about the installation and configuration, check out the "installer's guide" of the management system.
ELECTRICAL WIRING
WARNING: Disconnect the power source before
!
servicing or repairing electrical equipment.
DATA AND POWER BUS CONNECTION
1. Strip the end of the CAN-Bus cable (381 954) (fig. 4).
2. Connect each wire of the CAN-Bus cable to the
provided 5 pole male plug (951 880) (fig. 5).
Depending on installation layout, it may not be necessary
to plug both CAN-Bus connectors.
DEVICE ATTACHMENT
The device attachment can be done through the blind holes (1) by using 4 mm diameter self-tapping screws. The
attachment holes (2) are used in case of flush mount installation by using the screws supplied.
If required, the equipment can be fixed from its inner part following the next procedure:
1. Remove the screws (3) and remove the front cover (4).
2. Remove the plugs (5).
3. Fix the back cover of the equipment (6), previously wired, with 2 screws (7).
4. Wire the electronic board, reassemble the front cover (4) and fix the screws (3).
