Check for proper operation.
•
Lubricate cable if necessary.
•
Check level free play (10 ~ 15mm) [0.40~ 0.60 in].
•
Adjust if necessary.
•
Make sure that operation is smooth.
•
Check throttle grip free play.
•
If necessary, have a Mondial dealer to adjust throttle grip free play and lubricate cable and
grip housing.
•
Check for damage.
•
Check tire conditions (when cold) and tread depth.
•
Check tire pressure and correct it, if necessary.
•
Make sure that functioning is smooth.
•
Lubricate pedal pivot point, if necessary.
•
Make sure that functioning is smooth.
•
Lubricate lever pivoting if necessary.
•
Make sure that functioning is smooth.
•
Lubricate pivot, if necessary.
•
Check that side stand safety switch operates correctly.
•
If system does not work, have a F.B Mondial dealer
•
Make sure that all nuts, bolts and screws are properly tightened.
•
Tighten if necessary.
•
Check chain slack and adjust if necessary
•
Check chain condition and lubricate if necessary.
•
Check functioning and correct if necessary.
