• If the display is faint or shows no figures, please replace the
batteries.
• The monitor will automatically shut off if there is no signal
received after 4-5 minutes .
• The monitor will be auto-powered on when starting to exercise
push button w/signal in.
• The monitor will automatically start calculat i ng when you start to
exercise and will stop calculating when you stop exercising for 4
seconds.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• The equipment does not require special maintenance. The equipment does
not require recalibration when it is assembled, used and serviced according
to the instructions.
• Do not use solvents to clean the equipment.
• Clean the equipment with a soft, absorbentcloth af t er each use.
• Regularly check that all screws and nuts are tight.
• If necessary, lubricate the joints.
• LUBRICATION: The mobile parts of the machine some screws,
transmission...) must be properly lubricated. This lubrication must be done
on a regular basis and according to its use, even before the first use.
Remember that the left pedal must be tightened counter clockwise. Should
it be quite hard in the beginning, apply some lubricant to the thread to
avoid its damage (pedal/rod).
IF YOUR EQUIPMENT IS PROVIDED WITH A PULSE SENSOR, YOU MAY KNOW IT ISN T A MEDICAL INSTRUMENT. IT S DESIGNED
AS A HELP FOR THE WORKOUT AND DETERMINES THE TENDENCIES OF HEART RATES. THERE ARE SOME FACTORS WHICH
COULD AFFECT THE ACCURACY OF THE HEART RATE INTERPRETATIONS, FOR EXAMPLE THE MOVEMENTS OF THE USER.
REGULAR MAINTENANCE:
•
STORAGE: Keep your equipment in a enclosed place, away from dust or humidity. Don't store it neither in a garage or in a
indoor backyard, or near the water.
•
Humidity, dust and water could damage it and have an effect on its functioning.
•
BATTERY: Encsure that the battery is loaded.
•
SCREWS AND CONNECTING CABLES: Supervise and tighten the screws on a regular basis, because due to the vibration the
screws and nuts tend to loosen.
•
CLEANING: Don't use abrasive products. A damp cloth is enough.
•
LUBRICATION: THE MOBILE PARTS OF THE MACHINE SOME SCREWS, TRANSMISSION...) MUST BE PROPERLY LUBRICATED. THIS
LUBRICATION MUST BE DONE ON A REGULAR BASIS AND ACCORDING TO ITS USE, EVEN BEFORE THE FIRST USE. REMEMBER
THAT THE LEFT PEDAL MUST BE TIGHTENED COUNTER CLOCKWISE. SHOULD IT BE QUITE HARD IN THE BEGINNING, APPLY
SOME LUBRICANT TO THE THREAD TO AVOID ITS DAMAGE (PEDAL/ROD).

REPLACING THE BATTERIES
• The console is equipped with 2 AAA batteries at the rear of the console.
• Remove the cover.
• Remove the old batteries.
• Insert the new batteries. Make sure that bat t eries match the (+) and (-)
polarity markings.
• Mount the cover.
TROUBLE SHOOTING:
• When the display of LCD is dim, it means the batteries need to be
changed.
• If there is no signal when you pedal, please check if the cable is well
connected.
• When stop training for 4-5 minutes, the main screen will be off.
• If the computer displays abnormally, please re-install the
batteries and try again
