Bringen Sie die Ver-/Entriegelungsklinke (A) in die
entriegelte Position, d. h. nach oben (Abb. 8)
•
Schieben Sie die bewegliche Spannbacke (B) bis zum
Ende und ziehen Sie sie aus dem Arbeitsrahmen
heraus (Abb. 8).
•
Drehen Sie die bewegliche Spannbacke (A) und
schieben Sie sie zurück in den Arbeitsrahmen - wie in
Abbildung 9 gezeigt.
•
Legen Sie das große Element (A) zwischen die
Spannbacken, so dass die Stücke auf beiden Seiten
des Stativs gleichmäßig herausragen, um Stabilität zu
gewährleisten (Abb. 10). Drücken Sie das Spannpedal
(A), bis das Element vollständig verriegelt ist (Abb. 6).

Drücken Sie das Spannpedal (B) und lassen Sie es los,
um den Druck auf das Werkstück zu lösen.

Drücken Sie die bewegliche Gleitbacke (C) und
entfernen Sie das Werkstück (D).
3.4. REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG
a)
Das Gerät sollte nach jedem Gebrauch gereinigt werden,
um die Ansammlung von Bearbeitungsrückständen
und
anderen
Verunreinigungen
zu
vermeiden,
insbesondere Einstell- und Spannelemente.
b)
Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung der Oberfläche
ausschließlich Mittel ohne ätzende Inhaltsstoffe.
c)
Bewahren Sie das Gerät an einem trockenen, kühlen,
vor Feuchtigkeit und direkter Sonneneinstrahlung
geschütztem Ort auf.
d)
Es ist verboten, das Gerät mit einem Wasserstrahl zu
besprühen oder in Wasser zu tauchen.
e)
Mit einem Pinsel und Druckluft reinigen.
f)
In Hinblick auf technische Effizienz und zur
Vorbeugung vor Schäden sollte das Gerät regelmäßig
überprüft werden.
g)
Benutzen Sie einen weichen Lappen zur Reinigung.
h)
Zum Reinigen darf man keine scharfen und/
oder Metallgegenstände (z.B. Drahtbürste oder
Metallspachtel) benutzen, weil diese die Oberfläche
des Materials, aus dem das Gerät hergestellt ist,
beschädigen können.

Schmieren
Sie
die

Verriegelungselemente regelmäßig mit Spezialöl oder
