Lock / unlock the remote control

Blocking function via remote control. No function can be used while this function is
activated.
Press within 5 sec. the button combination Stop, Spray wand position Left arrow,
Spray wand position Rigth arrow, Temperature Minus, Temperature Plus to lock
the remote control.
To unlock the remote control use the same button combination.
