PROBLEM
Unit is not producing

POSSIBLE CAUSE AND SOLUTION
Airflow is blocked. Remove obstruction.
Unit settings are too low. Set to hot steam setting for maximum
humidity output.
This is normal. As steam rises condensation may gather on these
areas. You may wipe away periodically. It will not harm the unit.
There may be mineral build-up on heat element or silicone parts. See
CLEANING for instructions on how to remove mineral build-up.
Unit is locked and settings can't be changed. See HOW TO USE –
CONTROL LOCK.
Power head is not attached to the base; does not have proper power
connection. See HOW TO USE – ATTENTION CODES.
The humidifier has overheated which can be caused by two
different conditions. The unit is out of water or mineral build-up on
the heat element or silicone parts requires cleaning. Control panel
LED's will flash and display A2. Power button illuminates orange
until the unit has been serviced and humidifier is powered back on.
