Cause
• too little or too much rice
• Rice to water ratio is wrong
• The cooking vessel is not
placed properly
• There are objects between
heating plate and cooking
vessel
• Sensor damage
• The heating plate is faulty

• Motherboard is damaged
• The top lid is abnormal
• Foreign objects in the
steam vent
• Check if the water quantity
exceeds the maximum limit
value or if water is added
according to the scale
• Check if the lid is attached
and the function is used
• The motherboard is
damaged
• The top lid thermostat is
abnormal

• Adjust the amount of
